摘  要:为了探究玉米秸秆水热预处理作用机理和厌氧消化特性,文章利用不同的水热预处理强度对玉米秸秆进行预处理,然后进行中温厌氧消化。研究结果显示:一定强度的预处理能够增大玉米秸秆的产甲烷性能。logR0为2.45时,玉米秸秆获得了最高VS产甲烷率,为158.07 mL·g^(-1)VS,比未预处理组的VS产甲烷率112.82 mL·g^(-1)VS提高了40.12%。从机理方面分析发现,水热预处理能够增大玉米秸秆的水解程度,使玉米秸秆预处理后的乙酸浓度得到明显提高,是未预处理组乙酸浓度的3.38~22.87倍;改善玉米秸秆的元素组成,破坏其表层结构同时改变其木质纤维素组分含量。In order to explore the mechanism of hydrothermal pretreatment and anaerobic digestion characteristics of corn stover,this paper used different hydrothermal pretreatment intensities to pretreat corn storer,and then conducted medium-temperature anaerobic digestion.The results showed that a certain intensity of hydrothermal pretreatment could improve the methane production performance of corn stover.The corn stover had the maximum methane yield of 158.07 mL·g^(-1)VS when logR0=2.45,which was 40.12%higher than the control(112.82 mL·g^(-1)VS).From the mechanism analysis,it was found that hydrothermal pretreatment could increase the degree of hydrolysis of corn stover,and significantly increased the acetic acid concentration of corn stover after pretreatment,which was 3.38~22.87 times that of the control.In addition,hydrothermal pretreatment could improve the elemental composition of corn stover,destroy its surface structure and change its lignocellulose content.
