摘 要:目的:分析和鉴定干姜中的挥发油成分。方法:对干姜中的挥发油成分,水蒸气蒸馏法用于提取,GC-MS用于分离和鉴定,峰面积归一化法用于百分含量测定。结果:根据实验结果显示,在干姜挥发油中共鉴定出了54种化合物,占挥发油总的57%,其中的主要成分为α-古芸烯、β-柏木烯、罗汉柏烯、β-芹子烯、(1R)-(+)-反式-异柠檬烯、α-愈创木烯、正辛醛、正辛酸、α-水芹烯,分别占其挥发油总量的25.50%、12.40%、10.94%、6.57%、3.04%、2.03%、1.24%、1.19%、1.18%。结论:本实验采用GC-MS联用技术分析了干姜中所含挥发油成分,使用峰面积归一化法计算挥发油中的相对含量,GC-MS操作简单,灵敏度高,检测效果好,简要归类并讨论主要成分中化学成分的药理作用为开发利用干姜及其制剂及其质量提供理论依据。Objective:To analyze and identify the constituents of volatile oil in ginger.Methods:The volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation,separated and identified by GC-MS,and the relative percentage was calculated by peak area normalization method.Results:A total of 54 compounds were identified in the volatile oil of dried ginger,accounting for 57%of the total content of the volatile oil.Among them,the main components were α-cucylenes,β-cyberneene,carvene,(1R)-(+)-trans-isolimonene,α-guaiacene,n-octanal,n-octanoic acid,α-carvene.Accounting for 25.50%,12.40%,10.94%,6.57%,3.04%,2.03%,1.24%,1.19%,1.18%of the total volatile oil,respectively.Conclusion:GC-MS is a simple,sensitive and effective method for the analysis of volatile oil in ginger.In order to provide theoretical basis for the development and utilization of dried ginger and its preparations,the pharmacological effects of the main chemical components were briefly classified and discussed.
