摘 要:某碾压混凝土重力坝蓄水后部分坝段出现渗水,次年再次出现渗水,2年后前期处理的裂缝发生大量涌水,呈有压喷射状水柱,且下游坝面裂缝也出现渗水。经过2期化学灌浆处理后,坝体裂缝渗水量由700 m 3/h减少到目前基本无渗水。通过对裂缝情况、地质条件、监测资料、处理方案等进行分析与探讨,并通过三维有限元仿真分析,研究了裂缝产生的原因,认为坝体裂缝主要由于裂缝坝段位于转折起坡处体形较为复杂,再加上外界寒潮频发温控难度大,在库水冷击的作用下,使得原有隐形微裂缝进一步拓展为劈头缝造成的。在保证灌浆质量及排水通畅的情况下,缝面再次张开的风险较小,今后应加强监测。Water seepage is occurred in some dam sections of a roller-compacted concrete gravity dam after reservoir water storage,and in the next year,the seepage occurred again.After two years,a large amount of water gushing occurred in these cracks treated in the early stage,which appears spurting with pressure,and the cracks in the downstream face of the dam are also found to be permeable.After two phases of chemical grouting treatment,the seepage volume of these cracks is reduced from 700 m 3/h to almost no seepage at present.The cause of dam cracking is studied based on the analyses of cracks,geological conditions,monitoring data and treatment plans,and three dimensional finite element simulation.It is considered that the dam body cracking is mainly due to the complex shape of the dam sections located at the turning point,and the difficult temperature control because of the external cold wave.The original micro cracks are further extended to the vertical cracks under the action of reservoir water cooling.Under the condition of ensuring grouting quality and drainage unobstructed,the risk of seam reopening is smaller,and the monitoring should be strengthened in the future.
