摘 要:介绍了固定床、流化床、气流床三种煤气化工艺中具有代表性的主流炉型的技术进展、研发创新、产业化应用及市场布局,总结了各种煤气化技术的典型煤气成分、碳转化率、冷煤气效率、比煤耗、比氧耗等指标,展望了主流煤气化技术未来发展趋势。简述了粉煤加压热解-气化一体化技术、加氢气化技术、催化气化技术的研发及工业化应用动态。分析认为煤气化技术将朝着大型化、高压化、绿色化、标准化、智能化趋势发展,并且将与CO2资源化利用技术进行耦合,应用于大型化工合成气领域、炼油化工制氢领域、绿色冶金还原气领域。The technological progress,R&D innovation,industrial application and market layout of the three typical mainstream technologies of fixed bed,fluidized bed and entrained-flow bed gasification were analyzed.The typical gas composition,carbon conversion rate,cold gas efficiency,specific coal consumption and specific oxygen consumption of each coal gasification technology were summarized,with an outlook on the future development trend of mainstream coal gasification technology.The development and industrial application of pulverized coal pressure pyrolytic gasification,hydrogasification and catalytic gasification were briefly described.It was concluded that coal gasification technology would develop in the direction of large-scale,high-pressure,green,standardized and intelligent development,and would be coupled with CO2 resource utilization technology,applied in the fields of large-scale chemical synthesis gas,oil refining and chemical hydrogen production,and green metallurgical reduction gas.
