摘  要:焦炉煤气是炼焦工业的重要副产品,可用作燃料或化工原料气。焦炉煤气中含有的硫化物是一种有害物质,因此焦炉煤气在应用之前,应先进行脱硫处理。分析了现阶段我国应用较为广泛的PDS法、HPF法、改良ADA法、烤胶法、真空碳酸钾法等脱硫技术,通过脱硫效果、成本以及碱源等方面的分析比较可知,HPF法和PDS法脱硫效率较高,无需外加碱源,并且生产流程相对简单,应用也相对广泛;利用低温甲醇洗脱除焦炉煤气中硫化物的技术,脱硫后焦炉煤气中H_(2)S质量浓度约1 mg/m^(3),总硫质量浓度<5 mg/m^(3)。Coke oven gas is an important by-product of coking industry,which can be used as the fuel or feed gas of chemical production.Sulfide contained in the coke oven gas is a harmful substance;therefore,the coke oven gas should be desulfurized before its application.Some widely used desulfurization technologies in China were analyzed,such as the PDS method,HPF method,improved ADA method,tanning extract method,vacuum potassium carbonate method,etc.In view of the desulfurization effect,cost of production and the source of alkali,the HPF method and PDS method had a good desulfurization efficiency,and additional alkali source was not required.In addition,the production process was relatively simple and the application of these two methods was also broad.To adapt to the development of coking industry,some institutions developed the technology of utilizing rectisol to remove sulfide contained in the coke oven gas.By using this technology,the H_(2)S content in the coke oven gas after desulfurization was about 1 mg/m^(3),and the total sulfur mass concentration was less than 5 mg/m^(3).
