摘 要:为了减少转炉出钢后的钢水回磷,分析了在脱氧合金化过程中钢水回磷的机理,包括渣中(FeO)与脱氧剂反应、渣中(P_(2)O_(5))与脱氧剂反应、渣中(3CaO·P_(2)O_(5))直接同脱氧剂反应,探讨了出钢挡渣、脱氧合金化操作、钢包吹氩对钢水回磷的影响提出了防止回磷的措施。In order to reduce the rephosphorization of molten steel after tapping,the mechanisms of rephosphorization of molten steel in deoxidizing and alloying process which include reactions of FeO,P_(2)O_(5),3CaO·P_(2)O_(5) in slag with deoxidizers are analyzed.The effcts of slag-blocking in tapping,deoxi-dizing and alloying operation,and argon-blowing in ladle on rephosphorization of molten steel are discussed.The rephosphorization-preventing measures are put forward.
