摘  要:水钢公司三高炉在2021年3月28日开始的年修期间休风120 h,通过前期优化休复风方案,合理控制各项操作参数,复风60小时后,主要经济技术指标恢复至正常冶炼水平,本文对此次休风及炉况恢复进行总结,为今后长期休风提供借鉴。No.3 blast furnace of Shuigang had been blown out for 120 h during annual repair since March 28,2021.By optimizing the programs of blowing-out and blowing-in of the blast furnace in the early stages and controlling various operation parameters reasonably,the main economic and technical indexes recovered to the normal iron-making level after 60 h since the blowing-in.In this article,the blowing-out and blowing-in are summarized to provide reference for long-term blowingout in the future.
