摘　　要：总结闫咏梅教授从风痰论治颤证临床经验。闫咏梅教授认为,风痰上扰当从肝、脾、肾三脏论治。根据颤证不同时期风与痰邪的偏重不同,总结出病初风重于痰、中期风痰并重、病久痰重于风的病机特点,制定祛风化痰、风痰并祛、涤痰息风治疗大法,从风痰立论出发,治疗颤证疗效显著。Summarize Professor YAN Yongmei’s clinical experience in the treatment of tremor syndrome from the perspective of wind-phlegm.Professor YAN Yongmei think that the disturbance of wind and phlegm should be treated from the liver,spleen and kidney.Formulate treatment method of dispelling wind and resolving phlegm,dispelling wind and phlegm,clearing phlegm and calming wind according to the different emphasis of wind and phlegm in different periods of tremor syndrome,that is,wind is more important than phlegm at the beginning of disease,both wind and phlegm are important at the middle stage,and phlegm is more important than wind at the end of disease,which start from the theory of wind phlegm.The curative effect of treatment of tremor syndrome from the perspective of wind-phlegm is significant.
