摘　　要：目的:了解孕妇健康需求水平及影响因素,探究孕妇健康需求与产前抑郁的关系,为健康管理部门制定相关政策促进母婴健康提供依据。方法:方便抽取在十堰市2家三甲医院产检的195名孕妇为研究对象,采用孕妇健康需求量表、爱丁堡孕期抑郁量表进行调查。结果:孕妇健康需求评分为(89.43±15.02);孕妇健康需求水平与产前抑郁呈显著正相关(P<0.01);多重回归分析结果显示,产前抑郁、妊娠阶段、婚姻状况是孕妇健康需求的影响因素,可解释9.9%的变异。结论:孕妇健康需求水平较高,妇幼保健工作应做好孕妇健康需求的评估,并根据孕妇的心理健康状况、不同妊娠阶段和生活文化背景等采取个性化的孕期保健管理。Objective To understand the level and influencing factors of maternal health needs,explore the relationship between maternal health needs and prenatal depression,and provide basis for health management departments to formulate relevant policies to promote maternal and infant health.Methods 195 pregnant women examined in two 3 Grade-A hospitals in Shiyan were conveniently selected as the research objects,and investigated by maternal health demand scale and Edinburgh pregnancy depression scale.Results The score of health needs of pregnant women was(89.43±15.02).There was a significant positive correlation between the scores of maternal health needs and the scores of prenatal depression(P<0.01).The results of multiple regression analysis showed that prenatal depression,pregnancy stage and marital status were the influencing factors of pregnant women's health needs,which could explain 9.9%of the variation.Conclusion Pregnant women have a high level of health needs,and maternal and child health care work should do a good job in the assessment of pregnant women's health needs.According to the mental health status of pregnant women,different stages of pregnancy and life culture background,personalized pregnancy health care management should be adopted.
