摘  要:为了提高气流分级机的分级性能和优化分级腔内的流场分布,创新设计了一种分级轮叶片截面形状。通过流场模拟仿真分析变截面分级轮对分级轮附近气流轴向速度、径向速度和切向速度的影响规律,计算气流分级机在不同操作参数下的颗粒分级效率、d50和分级精度。研究发现:采用变截面叶片结构的分级轮能减小叶片间的径向速度和分级轮内侧的轴向速度,提高分级轮外侧的切向速度,同时能有效减小产品的切割粒径,获得粒径更小、粒径分布更窄的微纳米食品颗粒。研究结果可为气流分级机的设计提供理论参考。In order to improve the classification performance of the air classifier and optimize the air flow field in the classification cavity,a new kind of the cross-sectional shape of the classification wheel blade is designed.The effects of variable cross-section classifier wheels on the axial velocity,radial velocity and tangential velocity of the airflow near the classifier wheels are analyzed by the fluid mechanics software,and the particle classification efficiency,d50 and classification accuracy of the airflow classifier under different operating parameters are calculated.Through the study,it is found that the classifying wheel with variable cross-section blades can reduce the radial speed between the blades and the axial speed inside the classifying wheel,increase the tangential speed outside the classifying wheel,and at the same time,can effectively reduce the cutting particle size of the product and obtain micro-nano food particles with smaller particle size and narrower particle size distribution.The research results can provide a theoretical reference for the design of the air flow classifier.
