高硅高固含量硅丙外墙乳液制造研究

摘　　要：高固含量涂料制造是涂料行业发展趋势,有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂做基料提高了外墙涂料的耐候性。采用甲基丙烯酸甲酯等丙烯酸类单体与有机硅单体共聚,采用单体预乳化,种子乳液聚合与单体滴加工艺,制备了高硅含量高固含量硅丙树脂。以单体转化率和凝胶率为评价标准,通过单因素实验和正交实验优化了实验配方。结果表明,优化配方下制备的树脂具有较高的有机硅质量分数,达到单体总量的16%,乳液固质量分数为61.05%,且乳液稳定性好,其性能符合GB/T 9755-2014标准。High solid content coatings preparation is the development trend of coatings industry, silicone modified acrylic resin as a base material can improve the anti-aging performance of exterior wall coatings. High silicon content and high solid content silicone acrylic resin was prepared by copolymerization of acrylic monomers such as methyl methacrylate and organosilicon monomers, pre-emulsification of monomers, seed emulsion polymerization and monomer drop processing. Taking monomer conversion and gel ratio as evaluation standard, the experimental formula was optimized by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the resin prepared under the optimized formulation had high content of organic silicon, 16% of monomer and 61.05% of solid content of emulsion, and good stability of emulsion. The properties of the resin met the GB/T9755—2014 standard.
