摘 要:针对一定液气比(0.1~0.3)下油气两相动压密封,利用几何软件建模并划分结构化网格,将计算域导入Fluent计算,分析液气比对密封性能的影响。结果表明:液气比越高,端面流体的动压效应越强,动压密封的气体泄漏量随着液气比的增大而降低,液体泄漏量随着液气比的增大而增大,开启力和流体膜刚度都随着液气比的增大而增大。For a certain liquid-gas ratio(0.1~0.3) under two phase of oil and gas dynamic pressure seal, the model was created using geometric software,and the structured grid was divided. Then computational domain was calculated by Fluent. The effect of liquid-gas ratio on the sealing performance was analyzed. The results showed that, the higher the liquid-gas ratio, the stronger the dynamic pressure effect of end-face fluid, the gas leakage of dynamic pressure sealing reduced with the increasing of liquid-gas ratio,the liquid leakage increased with the increasing of liquid-gas ratio, the opening force and fluid film stiffness increased with the increasing of liquid-gas ratio.
