摘 要:地球化学样品在王水体系下完成消解,聚氨酯泡塑富集,硫脲解脱,Z-2000石墨炉原子吸收光谱仪(GF-AAS)测定地球化学样品中的痕量金。讨论氩气质量和流量的影响,选择最佳的灯电流强度,优化仪器升温程序各阶段温度和时间,研究泡塑吸附酸度、吸附振荡时间和解脱时间对测定结果的影响,总结Z-2000石墨炉原子吸收光谱仪(GF-AAS)测定地球化学样品中痕量金的最佳仪器设置参数和样品前处理条件。该方法检出限为0.08 ng·g^(-1),准确度Δlg C值低于0.11,精密度(RSD,n=12)低于10%。优化后的方法节约了成本,加快了分析速度,降低了对环境的污染,对国家一级标准物质(GAu-7b、GAu-9b、GAu-10b、GAu-11b、GAu-12a)的测定结果与标准值相吻合。The geochemical samples were digested in aqua regia solution system, enriched in polyurethane foam, extracted by thiourea, and determined by Z-2000 GF-AAS. In this paper, the influence of argon quality and flow rate was discussed, the best lamp current intensity was selected, the temperature and time of each stage of the instrument heating program were optimized, the influence of foam adsorption acidity, adsorption oscillation time and desorption time on the determination results was studied, and the best instrument setting parameters and sample pretreatment conditions for the determination of trace gold in geochemical samples by Z-2000 graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry were summarized. The detection limit of the method was 0.08 ng·g^(-1), accuracy Δlg C value was lower than 0.11, and the precision(RSD, n=12) was less than 10%. The optimized method saved the cost, sped up the analysis speed, and reduced the pollution to the environment. The determination results of national first-class reference materials(GAu-7 b,GAu-9 b,GAu-10 b,GAu-11 b,GAu-12 a) were consistent with the standard values.
