摘 要:针对汽车制动器可能存在模糊特性的情形,提出了一种含模糊不确定性的汽车盘式制动器稳定性分析和改进方法。将制动器系统的摩擦因素、制动压力、材料和几何属性参数处理为不确定性参数,并采用模糊变量进行描述;将有限元复特征值分析与响应面法相结合,建立分析目标与系统参数间的函数关系;在模糊变量不同隶属度的截集下,运用模糊算法求解系统的稳定性响应,并从不确定性角度探讨改善系统稳定性的设计措施。分析结果表明:所提出的方法可对模糊不确定性条件下的制动器稳定性进行有效分析,并可有效提高系统的稳定性和鲁棒性,降低制动噪声。Considering that fuzziness may exist in automotive brakes,an approach for analyzing and improving the stability of disc brakes with fuzzy uncertainty was developed.In the proposed approach,the friction coefficient,the brake pressure,and the parameters of material and geometry properties were treated as uncertain parameters,which were all described by fuzzy variables.By integrating complex eigenvalue analysis and response surface method,the relationship between analysis objective and system parameters was established.Based on fuzzy algorithm,the stability of the fuzzy brake could be analyzed in different cut levels of fuzzy variables,and then some design measures to improve brake stability could be explored.The analysis results showed that the stability of the disc brake involving fuzzy uncertainty could be effectively analyzed by the proposed approach.The stability and robustness of the uncertain brake could be further improved in order to reduce the propensity of brake noise.
