摘  要:非接触式机械密封的动压槽一般在碳化钨、碳化硅、氮化硅等硬质密封面上开设,高精度加工比较困难,良好的动压槽几何形状设计及高精度加工是核心技术。发现了通过杯形砂轮线接触磨削在密封环上加工曲面浅槽新原理,在此基础上提出了3种采用机床结构参数和机床运动参数及杯形砂轮半径作为设计变量的密封环曲面浅槽设计和加工方法。按方法1给出了一个浅槽设计实例,并在改造的立式加工中心上进行验证,成功地在密封端面上加工出了曲面浅槽。The hydrodynamic grooves of non-contact mechanical seals are usually generated on the seal rings made of hard materials such as silicon carbide,tungsten carbide,silicon nitride,which is very difficult to cut.It is necessary to develop key technology for the hydrodynamic groove shape design and manufacture.A new principle is found that uses the line-contact grinding with cup wheel to make shallow grooves with cured surface on the seal rings.Three methods for designing and making shallow grooves with curved surface based on the machine tool configuration parameters,motion parameter and cup wheel radius are proposed.A seal ring with 5 shallow grooves with curved surface is designed according to method 1.The grinding experiments were carried out on an adapted machining center and the shallow grooves with cured surface were machined successfully on a seal ring face of tungsten carbide.
