摘  要:采用不同的浸种时间、不同的温度和光照、不同的消毒处理方法、盐碱胁迫对芦笋种子进行处理,研究其对种子发芽影响。结果表明:(1)浸种24 h能有效促进芦笋种子发芽,其发芽率、发芽势、出苗率、整齐度都是最好的;培养温度为25℃时,对芦笋种子发芽有促进作用,有光照处理的胚根较粗和根毛较多,遮阴处理的胚根较细和根毛较少;(2)经50℃热水搅拌浸泡消毒或50%多菌灵浸种后,种子的发芽率、发芽势、出苗率、整齐度得到明显提高;(3)用浓度为0.1%NaCl处理后,种子的发芽率、发芽势、出苗率、整齐度与对照(CK)差异不显著,在生产上可以使用浓度0.1%NaCl对芦笋种子进行盐碱胁迫,增强芦笋幼苗对环境的适应性。Different soaking time,different temperature and light,different disinfection methods and saline alkali stress were used to treat asparagus seeds to study their effects on seed germination.The results showed that:(1)Soaking seeds for 24 hours effectively promoted the germination of asparagus seeds,and the germination rate,germination potential,emergence rate and uniformity were the best;When the culture temperature was 25℃,the germination of asparagus seeds was promoted.The radicle with light treatment was thicker and more root hairs,while the radicle with shade treatment was thinner and less root hairs;(2)The germination rate,germination potential,emergence rate and uniformity of seeds were significantly improved after soaking in 50℃hot water or soaking in 50%carbendazim;(3)There was no significant difference in germination rate,germination potential,emergence rate and uniformity between 0.1%NaCl and CK.0.1%NaCl could be used to treat asparagus seeds under saline alkali stress to improve the adaptability of asparagus seedlings to the environment.
