摘　　要：本文结合日照钢铁有限公司1580热轧带钢生产线立醍传动升级改造中对6RA80控制系统的应用,重点介绍了6RA80系统的组成及如何替代旧的6RA70矢量控制系统,做到系统换代升级部分设备利旧的新旧控制系统无缝提换应用的过程。Combined with the application of 6RA80 control system in the upgrade of vertical roll drive in 1580 hot strip production line of Rizhao Iron mnd Steel Co.,Ltd.,this paper mainly introduces the composition of 6RA80 control system and how to replace the old 6RA70 vector control system,to upgrade the system part of the equipment to ben efit the old and new control system seamless lifting application process.
