摘 要:采用有限元数值模拟研究冷压工艺对7050铝合金长轴筋板类锻件淬火残余应力的影响。研究结果表明:锻件的残余应力主要是因锻件表面与芯部产生的热胀冷缩不同步而造成的,其本质是温度不均匀而产生的热应力;锻件淬火结束后呈现出表压芯拉的应力情况,其数值范围大致为-150 MPa~150 MPa,其中压应力主要集中在各个筋条最高处,拉应力主要集中于锻件腹板中心;锻件经冷压工艺后残余应力大幅下降,最后应力范围大致为-30 MPa~45 MPa,说明3%的冷压变形率对残余应力的消减具有较好的效果。Finite element numerical simulation is used to study the effect of cold pressing process on the quenching residual stress of 7050 aluminum alloy long-axis reinforcement plate forgings.The research results show that the main cause of the residual stress of the forging is caused by the asynchronous thermal expansion and contraction between the surface of the forging and the core.The essence is the thermal stress caused by the uneven temperature;after the quenching of the forging,the core tension of the gauge is shown.The value range of the stress is roughly-150 MPa~150 MPa,in which the compressive stress is mainly concentrated in the highest point of each rib,and the tensile stress is mainly concentrated in the center of the forging web;the residual stress of the forging is greatly reduced after the cold pressing process,and the final stress range is roughly It is-30 MPa~45 MPa,indicating that when the cold deformation rate is 3%,it has a better effect on the reduction of residual stress.
