摘 要:通过对不同工序管材样品内壁的宏观、微观等综合分析研究,探明了6061合金管材样品加工后掉屑现象是因内壁质量不良引起,是管材内壁拉痕较多,加工时拉痕部位受到应力拉裂掉落铝屑且在加工后内壁圆周面形成的粘铝现象。同时,在分析缺陷成因的基础上,提出了解决问题的思路和方向。Through the comprehensive analysis and study of the inner wall of the pipe samples in different processes,it is proved that the chip dropping phenomenon of 6061 alloy pipe samples after processing is caused by the poor quality of the inner wall,and there are many drawing marks on the inner wall.The drawing marks are subjected to stress and cracking during processing,and aluminum chips fall off and aluminum sticks on the inner wall surface after processing.The inner wall quality of the finished pipe can be improved and the yield can be increased by reducing the deformation of each drawing or increasing the intermediate annealing process.
