摘 要:以H13钢模具为研究对象,结合激光相变强化机理,利用激光技术对铝材挤压模具工作带进行相变强化处理,分析激光相变强化对铝材挤压模具工作带的表面硬度、硬化层深、表面粗糙度的影响。结果表明,激光相变强化技术通过改变H13钢模具工作带浅层晶格排列达到了硬化效果,硬度达到60~65 HRC,硬化层深度可达200~1000μm,工作带无变形、无开裂,耐磨损、耐疲劳性能显著增强;工作带表面形成高密度位错晶体结构,粗糙度达到0.1~0.5,工作带细化显著。该技术有利于提高铝合金挤压材表面光洁度、延长模具使用寿命、提高生产效率、降低生产成本等等,具有较大的工业化应用意义。H13 steel die was taken as the research object in this study.Combined with the mechanism of laser phase transformation strengthening,the work strip of aluminum extrusion die was strengthened by laser technology.The influence of laser phase transformation strengthening on the surface hardness,hardening layer depth and surface roughness of the work strip of aluminum extrusion die was analyzed.The results show that the hardening effect is achieved by changing the lattice arrangement of the shallow layer of the H13 steel die working strip by the laser phase transformation hardening technology.The hardness reaches HRC60-65,the hardening layer depth reaches 200~1000μm,the working strip has no deformation,no cracking,the wear resistance and fatigue resistance are significantly enhanced,and the high density dislocation crystal structure is formed on the surface of the working strip.When the roughness reaches Ra0.1~0.5,the refinement of the working strip is significant,which has a favorable influence on improving the surface finish of aluminum alloy extrusion material,prolonging the service life of the die,improving the production efficiency and reducing the production cost,etc.,and has practical significance for industrial application.
