摘  要:【目的】选出抗汞能力强的草坪草、牧草品种,为汞污染土壤植物修复提供材料。【方法】选取耐汞发芽试验中抗性较好的2种草坪草(紫羊茅派尼和传奇)和2种牧草(一年生黑麦草盛宴和紫花苜蓿金皇后),进行5种不同浓度的Hg胁迫盆栽试验,测定4种草的叶绿素含量、PSII原初光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、根系活力、丙二醛含量(MDA)、可溶性糖含量、速效氮、速效磷和速效钾含量。【结果】叶绿素含量:4个草品种在低浓度Hg胁迫下均呈不同程度升高,而在高浓度胁迫下小幅降低;PSII原初光化学效率(Fv/Fm):除金皇后持续微降外,另外3个品种呈微升趋势。丙二醛含量(MDA):除派尼的持续升高外,其余3个品种均持续下降;可溶性糖含量:金皇后随Hg胁迫浓度升高而升高,其他3个品种呈下降趋势;根系活力:4个品种均随Hg胁迫浓度升高呈下降趋势;氮、磷、钾的积累量:随着Hg胁迫浓度升高,除派尼外其余3个品种呈先下降后升高趋势。【结论】汞胁迫条件下,金皇后、盛宴较派尼和传奇受到的伤害程度低,显示出较强的抗汞胁迫能力,可作为今后汞污染土壤植物修复材料应用于生产。【Objective】The turfgrass and forage varieties with strong resistance were selected to mercury for phytoremediation of mercury-contaminated soil.【Method】The chlorophyll content,PSII primary photochemical efficiency(Fv/Fm),root activity,MDA content,soluble sugar content,available nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium content of two turfgrass varieties(Pernille and Legend)and two forage varieties(Feast and Golden empress)with good resistance to mercury selected from the germination test of resistance to mercury are determined by a pot experiment under mercury stress with five different concentrations.【Result】The chlorophyll content of four varieties rises to varying degree under mercury stress with low concentration but reduces slightly under mercury stress with high concentration.The PSII primary photochemical efficiency of Pernille,Legend and Feast varieties shows a slight rising trend with increase of mercury concentration but PSII primary photochemical efficiency of Golden empress variety shows a continuous slight declining trend with increase of mercury concentration.The MDA content of Golden empress,Legend and Feast varieties shows a continuous declining trend with increase of mercury concentration but the MDA content of Pernille variety shows a continuous rising trend with increase of mercury concentration.The soluble sugar content of Golden empress variety increases with increase of mercury concentration but the soluble sugar content of Pernille,Legend and Feast varieties shows a declining trend with increase of mercury concentration.The root activity of four varieties shows a declining trend with increase of mercury concentration.The N,P and K accumulation of Golden empress,Legend and Feast varieties shows a rising first and then declining trend with increase of mercury concentration except for Pernille.【Conclusion】Golden empress and Feast varieties with strong resistance to mercury stress should be used as plant materials for phytoremediation of Hg 2+-contaminated soil in th
