摘　　要：药物热是临床诊疗中遇到的不明原因发热主因之一,易被临床医生漏诊或误诊,造成不良后果。我院临床药师通过会诊1例不明原因发热患者,针对患者用药情况进行分析,探究发热原因,解决临床治疗困难,以期提高对药物热发生特点、临床表现的认识,给予临床医师合理化治疗建议,对提高临床诊治水平及保障患者的用药安全、有效、合理性有重要帮助和促进作用。Drug fever is one of the main causes of fever of unknown causes encountered in clinical diagnosis and treatment, which is easy to be missed or misdiagnosed by clinicians, resulting in adverse consequences. Clinical pharmacists in our hospital consulted a patient with fever of unknown cause, analyze the medication status of patients, explore the causes of fever, solve the difficulties in clinical treatment, and improve the understanding of the characteristics and clinical manifestations of drug fever. Giving reasonable treatment suggestions to clinicians plays an important role in helping and promoting the improvement of clinical diagnosis and treatment level and ensuring the safety.
