摘　　要：目的:探究保肝药物在肝炎病毒性传染病患者中的作用。方法:选取2019年1月-2021年1月本院收治的120例肝炎病毒性传染病患者,将其按照随机数表法分为对照组和试验组,每组均为60例。对照组使用常规治疗药物,试验组在常规治疗的基础上采用甘利欣治疗。对比两组的治疗效果、不良反应及肝功能情况。结果:试验组治疗有效率(98.3%)优于对照组(85.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者不良反应率略低于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组的TBA、AST、ALT均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:甘利欣治疗肝炎病毒性传染病疗效显著,不良反应较少,有较好的安全性且患者肝功能恢复情况良好,值得推广应用。Objective: To explore the role of hepatoprotective drugs in patients with hepatitis viral infectious diseases. Methods: A total of 120 patients with hepatitis viral infectious diseases admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected and divided into a control group and a test group according to the random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional drugs, and the test group was treated with Ganlixin on the basis of conventional treatment. The treatment effects, adverse reactions and liver function of the two groups were compared. Results: The treatment effective rate of the test group was 98. 33% significantly better than that of the control group 85.00%, and the difference was statistically significant. The adverse reaction rate of the test group was slightly lower than that of the control group, but the difference between the groups was not statistically significant;After treatment, the TBA, AST, and ALT indexes of the test group were lower than those of the control group, and there were statistical differences between the groups Academic significance(P<0.05). Conclusion: Ganlixin has remarkable curative effect in the treatment of hepatitis viral infectious diseases, with fewer adverse reactions, good safety, and the patient’s liver function recovery is good, it is worthy of popularization and application.
