摘  要:盘条的塑性和变形抗力直接影响其成形性能。分析研究了Si含量对中碳冷镦钢盘条组织、力学性能和压缩变形抗力的影响。试验结果表明,Si含量变化对试验钢的组织和晶粒度无显著影响;SWRCH35K盘条中Si质量分数由0.21%降至0.15%时,盘条的抗拉强度和塑性无明显变化;10B33盘条中Si质量分数由0.22%降至0.04%时,盘条抗拉强度下降约40 MPa,伸长率增加5.5%,断面收缩率增加14%。中碳冷镦钢Si质量分数控制在0.18%左右时其对变形抗力的影响效果并不显著,在满足其他性能要求的前提下,应将Si质量分数控制在0.10%以下,甚至0.05%以下,以改善其冷成形性能。The plasticity and deformation resistance of wire rod directly affect its formability.The effect of Si content on the microstructure,mechanical properties and compression deformation resistance of medium carbon cold heading steel wire rod was analyzed.The results show that the change of Si content has no significant effect on the microstructure and grain size of thetested steel;the tensile strength and plasticity of SWRCH35K steel wire rod have no obvious changes with the Si mass fraction reduce from 0.21%to 0.15%,while the Si mass fraction of 10B33 steel wire rod is reduced from 0.22%to 0.04%,its tensile strength is decreased by about 40 MPa,elongation increased by 5.5%and section shrinkage increased by 14%.When the Si mass fraction of medium carbon cold heading steel is controlled at about 0.18%,its effect on deformation resistance is not significant.On the premise of meeting other performance requirements,the Si mass fraction should be controlled below 0.10%,or even below 0.05%to improve its cold formability.
