摘 要:采用泡沫陶瓷过滤器对3004再生铝合金熔体进行了高频振动过滤。研究了超声波发生器功率和泡沫陶瓷过滤器孔隙率对合金显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:与熔体未经高频振动过滤的3004合金相比,其熔体经过高频振动过滤的再生3004合金发达树枝晶减少,骨骼状Al6(FeMn)相被打散,组织细化,夹杂物更少;抗拉强度提高了10%~20%,断后伸长率提高了15%~25%。The 3004 secondary aluminum alloy melt was subjected to high-frequency viberation filtering by a foamed ceramic filter.The effect of power of supersonic generator and porosity of foamed ceramic filter on microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy were investigated.The results showed that relative to the 3004 alloy whose melt was not high-frequency vibration filtered,the secondary 3004 alloy whose melt was high-frequency vibration filtered exhibited less developed dendrite,dispersed skeleton Al_(6)(FeMn) phase,refined structure,less inclusions,10% to 20% higher tensile strength,and 15% to 25% larger elongation.
