摘  要:铝包钢线是架空输电线路的主要承载件,在架空线路的安全运行中起重要作用,要求其具有良好的耐蚀性能。铝包钢线的耐蚀性能与其表面的氧化膜质量有关,而铝包钢线的表面质量显著影响其表面氧化膜的质量。采用不同的拉丝润滑介质制备了铝包钢线,采用体视显微镜检测了铝包钢线的表面状态,并对其进行了盐雾试验,以模拟大气腐蚀环境。检测了盐雾腐蚀试验前后铝包钢线的质量变化,并通过比较盐雾腐蚀试验前后铝包钢线的抗拉强度评估了腐蚀程度。结果发现,采用拉丝润滑油拉制的铝包钢线表面质量较好,因此耐盐雾腐蚀性能较好。Aluminum-clad steel wire is a main load-bearing component of overhead transmission line,plays an important part in the safe operation of overhead line,thereby is required to have good corrosion resistance.The corrosion resistance of aluminum-clad steel wire is related to quality of oxide film on its surface,whereas the surface quality of aluminum-clad steel wire has significant influence on the quality of the oxide film on it.Aluminum-clad steel wires were fabricated by different wire-drawing lubrication media,and were tested for surface state by a stereomicroscope,then were subjected to salt spry test,to simulate atmospheric corrosion environment.The change in masses of the aluminum-clad steel wires before and after salt spray test was detected,and their corrosion degrees were evaluated by comparison of their tensile strengths before and after salt spray test.It was found from the results that the aluminum-clad steel wire drawn by surface quality of aluminum clad steel wire drawn with the use of wiredrawing lubricating oil exhibited better surfaced quality therefore better corrosion resistance.
