摘  要:低碳钢难以淬火硬化,通常进行渗碳、淬火低温回火。但低碳钢零件可通过在盐水中强烈淬火获得低碳马氏体随后低温回火来强韧化。20Mn2钢环链和20MnSi钢粉碎机轴销、20Mn钢起重机吊钩等多种低碳钢零件采用强烈淬火、低温回火代替渗碳、淬火和低温回火获得了良好的效果。Low-carbon steels are difficult to be hardened by being quenched form ausrenitizing temperature,as a rule,are carburized then hardened and low-temperature tempered.The low-carbon steel parts,however,may yield an acceptable combination of strength and ductility with the aid of intense quenching in brine water thereby producing low-carbon martensite followed by low-temperature tempering.The intense quenching followed by low-temperature tempering instead of carburizing then hardening and low-temperature tempering has been used for many categories of low-carbon steel parts,such as 20Mn2 steel endless chain,20MnSi steel pulverizer pin shaft,20Mn steel crane hook,etc,providing good results.
