穴位电刺激对妇科疾病患者术后下肢深静脉血栓的预防效果

摘　　要：目的探讨穴位电刺激对妇科疾病患者术后下肢DVT的预防效果。方法采用便利抽样法选取2018年1月—2019年3月入住某三级甲等医院妇科接受手术的285例患者为研究对象。按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和干预组。对照组实施妇科术后常规护理措施,干预组在常规护理基础上实施下肢穴位电刺激干预,比较两组患者血红蛋白、红细胞比容、血小板计数、红细胞聚集指数(AI)、下肢DVT发生率及术后患者满意度。最终276例患者完成研究,对照组139例,干预组137例。结果干预组患者术后7 d的AI低于对照组,腘窝静脉血流速度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。干预组下肢DVT发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组术后满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位电刺激干预能降低妇科术后患者AI,提高腘窝静脉血流速度,降低DVT的发生率,是预防妇科疾病术后下肢DVT形成的有效方法。Objective To explore the preventive effect of acupoint electric stimulation on deep vein thrombosis(DVT)in patients with gynecological diseases after surgery.Methods From January 2018 to March 2019,convenience sampling was used to select 285 patients with surgery in the Department of Gynecology of a ClassⅢGrade A hospital as the research object.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into the control group and the intervention group.The control group implemented routine nursing after gynecologic surgery,and the intervention group implemented lower limb acupoint electric stimulation on the basis of routine nursing.The Hb,hematocrit,PLT,RBC aggregation index(AI),incidence of lower limb DVT and postoperative patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.At last,a total of 276 patients completed the study,with 139 in control group and 137 in intervention group.Results The AI of the intervention group was lower than that of the control group 7 days after surgery,and the blood flow velocity of the popliteal vein was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The incidence of DVT in the lower limbs of the intervention group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative satisfaction of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was also statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Acupoint electric stimulation can decrease the AI of patients after gynecological surgery,increase the blood flow velocity of the popliteal vein,and reduce the incidence of DVT.It is an effective method to prevent the formation of DVT in the lower limbs after gynecological surgery.
