前馈控制联合4F管理在半月板运动性损伤患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨前馈控制联合4F管理在半月板运动性损伤患者术后护理中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1—12月南京市第一医院收治的半月板运动性损伤患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组采用4F管理,进行全天候、全过程、全系统、全方位护理服务,观察组在此基础上实施前馈控制护理模式。干预后比较两组患者焦虑评分、膝关节功能评分。结果干预后,观察组的膝关节功能评分高于对照组,而焦虑评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前馈控制联合4F管理能够有效降低半月板运动性损伤患者的焦虑情绪,促进膝关节功能恢复。Objective To explore the effect of feedforward control combined with 4F management in postoperative nursing of patients with sports-induced meniscus injury.Methods From January to December 2019,100 cases of sports-induced meniscus injury patients admitted to Nanjing First Hospital were selected as the research object.According to the random number table method,patients were divided into the control group and the observation group,each with 50 cases.The control group carried out 4F management providing full weather,full system,full process and full nursing services,and the observation group implemented a feedforward control nursing model on this basis.The anxiety score and knee joint function score after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the knee joint function score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the anxiety score was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Feedforward control combined with 4F management can effectively reduce the anxiety of patients with sports-induced meniscus injury and promote the recovery of knee joint function.
