摘 要:文中介绍了并联搅拌摩擦焊技术装备的国内外研究现状,总结了实现复杂结构件三维曲面的搅拌摩擦焊要求。其次概述了回抽式三维并联搅拌摩擦焊技术装备,并对回抽机构控制技术、主机头的设计及铣削/钻孔/焊接/匙孔消除等一体化集成技术进行了说明。最后从市场需求进行了阐述对回抽式三维并联搅拌摩擦焊技术装备产业化前景。Firstly,the research status of parallel friction stir welding(FSW)technology and equipment at home and abroad was introduced,and the requirements of FSW for realizing three-dimensional curved surface of complex structural parts were summarized.Secondly,the technical equipment of three-dimensional parallel friction stir welding with drawback was summarized,at the same time the control technology of drawback mechanism,the design of main engine head and the integrated technology of milling,drilling,welding and keyhole elimination were explained.Finally,the prospect of industrialization of three-dimensional parallel friction stir welding technology and equipment was expounded from market demand.
