摘 要:为提高应用型焊接技术与工程专业学生培养与社会对焊接技术人才的需求的契合度,焊接技术与工程专业教学团队对焊接技术与工程专业人才培养模式进行了研究,基于OBE教育理念,以学生中心、成果导向、持续改进为核心,在广泛调研的基础上,制定了焊接技术与工程专业的培养目标、毕业要求、课程体系,并建立了人才培养模式的评价、反馈及持续改进机制。In order to increases the fitness of graduates majoring in welding technology professional and social demand for welding technical personnel demand,welding technology and engineering personnel training mode was studied.On the basis of extensive investigation,based on the OBE education concept which took student-centered,continuous improvement,achievement orientation as its core,the training goal of welding technology and engineering specialty,graduation requirements and curriculum system were developed,and evaluation,feedback and continuous improvement mechanism of talent training mode was established.
