网络涉毒犯罪侦查取证策略研究

摘　　要：网络涉毒犯罪是新技术不断发展背景下出现的以网络作为媒介进行毒品买卖、网络聚众吸毒、网上售卖制毒方法等的新型犯罪形式,具有犯罪隐蔽性强、涉案人员多、犯罪手段多样、调查取证难等特点,给社会带来巨大危害。通过分析网络涉毒犯罪案件现状,从侦查策略、取证思路、取证技术等方面提出网络涉毒犯罪侦查取证对策,希望为有效打击与预防网络涉毒犯罪提供参考。Under the background of the continuous development of new technologies,drug-related cybercrimes are emerging forms of crime,including online drug dealing,drug taking by online crowd,and selling drug manufacturing methods online.They bring great harm to the society as they are characterized by high covertness,many people involved,various methods and difficulties in investigation and evidence collection.Based on the study of current situation of such crimes,this paper puts forward some corresponding preventive measures in terms of detection strategies,evidence collection approaches and techniques,hoping to provide some reference to effectively combat and prevent drug-related cybercrimes.
