种粮大户农业社会化服务满意度及其影响因素探究——来自浙江省的经验证据

摘　　要：种粮大户是稳定粮食生产和保障国家粮食安全的重要力量,鼓励和扶持发展粮食生产的重要条件是提供完善的农业社会化服务。基于浙江省种粮大户的调研数据,对其农业社会化服务满意度状况进行分析,并运用Ologit模型实证考察了其影响因素。结果表明,文化水平、种植面积、对农业社会化服务了解程度、农资供应服务获取的难易程度、农业信息服务获取的难易程度、农业技术服务获取的难易程度、资金信贷服务获取的难易程度、农业保险服务获取的难易程度、农业机械服务获取的难易程度对农业社会化服务满意度具有显著正向影响。据此,从促进农业生产规模化、加大农业社会化服务宣传、增加农业社会化服务供给三个方面给出政策建议。Large grain-planting growers are an important force in stabilizing grain production and ensuring the country's food security.The important condition for encouraging and supporting the development of grain production is to provide complete agricultural socialization services.Based on the survey data of large grain-planting farmers in Zhejiang province,it carries out the analysis to its agricultural socialized service satisfaction,and applies Ologist model to empirically investigate their influential factors.The results indicate that the cultural level,planting area,understanding degree to agricultural socialized service,difficulty level of obtaining the agricultural capital supplying service,difficulty level of obtaining agricultural information service,difficulty level of obtaining the agricultural technical service,difficulty level of obtaining the funds credit service,difficulty level of obtaining the agricultural insurance service,difficulty level of obtaining the agricultural mechanical service have the obvious positive influence to the agricultural socialized service satisfaction.Accordingly,it provides the political suggestions from three aspects in terms of promoting the agricultural production scale,strengthening the agricultural socialized service dissemination and reinforcing the agricultural socialized service supplying.
