摘　　要：文章使用1.56 dtex×38 mm超仿棉纤维和1.33 dtex×38 mm莫代尔纤维混纺制得了三种14.8 tex莫代尔纤维/超仿棉纤维60/40纱线,并对纱线的设计灵感来源、原料选择、纺纱工艺研究与质量控制进行阐述,指出该纱线产品附加值高,在高档针织内衣及家居服上应用前景广阔。In this paper,1.56 dtex×38mm super imitation cotton fiber and 1.33 dtex×38 mm modal fiber were used to spin 14.8 tex super imitation cotton fiber/modal fiber 60/40 blend yarn.The design concept inspiration source,raw material selection,spinning technology research and quality control of super imitation cotton fiber were also elaborated.It pointed out the yarns had high added value,and had broad application prospects in high-grade knitted underwear and household clothes.
