北京市通州区12320卫生热线知晓及使用情况调查

摘　　要：目的了解北京市通州区12320卫生热线知晓及使用情况,为进一步改进宣传模式、完善服务内容提供依据。方法采用多阶段整群随机抽样的方法,抽取北京市通州区15~69岁常住居民4 140人进行调查,采用SPSS软件对数据进行统计分析。结果通州区15~69岁常住居民12320卫生热线知晓率为36.35%,男性高于女性,城市高于农村。随着居民年龄的增长,12320卫生热线知晓率逐渐降低。其中,15~<30岁年龄组知晓率最高,为66.28%,60~69岁组最低,为25.45%;慢性病患者12320卫生热线知晓率为37.82%,高于非慢性病患者;随着居民文化程度的增高,12320卫生热线知晓率逐渐上升,大专及以上文化程度最高,为54.90%,小学及以下居民最低,为25.16%。在知晓12320卫生热线的居民中,26.51%的居民曾拨打过卫生热线。居民知晓12320的途径主要为媒体,其次是公共场所控烟投诉标识。结论北京市通州区居民对12320的知晓率和使用率不高,在今后工作中要根据公众对健康知识的需求情况采取有针对性的宣传措施,不断优化服务内容,提高热线知晓率和使用率。Objective To understand the public awareness and usage for 12320 health hotline in Tongzhou District,Beijing City,in order to provide the basis for further improving publicity mode and service content.Methods Multistage cluster sampling was used to investigate 4140 residents aged 15~69 years in Tongzhou District,Beijing City.The data was analyzed with SPSS software.Results Awareness rate of 12320 health hotline in Tongzhou District was about 36.35%.The awareness rate of male was higher than that of the females.The awareness rate of urban was higher than that of the rural.Awareness rate of 12320 hotline decreased gradually with age.The awareness rate of age group 15~<30 was the highest,accounting for 66.28%,while age group 60~69 was the lowest.The awareness rate of 12320 hotline of chronic disease patients was 37.82%,which was higher than that of non-chronic disease patients.With the increase of educational level,the awareness rate of 12320 hotline gradually increased,with the highest educational level at 54.90%in junior college or above,and the lowest educational level at 25.16%in primary school or below.Among the residents who knew the 12320 hotline,26.51%called it.The main way for residents to know 12320 was the media,followed by the tobacco control complaint mark in public places.Conclusion Public awareness rate and utilization ratio of 12320 health hotline is not high enough in Tongzhou District,Beijing City.Targeted propaganda measures should be adopted in the future work according to residents’demand for health knowledge to constantly optimize the service content,and to improve awareness rate and use rate of hotline.
