肇庆市幼儿园教职人员和儿童家长手足口病相关知识知晓情况及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的分析幼儿园教职人员和儿童家长对手足口病相关知识知晓情况及影响因素,为疫情防控提供依据。方法采用分层抽样调查方法,随机抽取16家幼儿园作为调查点,采用自行设计的问卷进行调查。结果共调查604名教职人员,3 211名儿童家长,被调查人员传播知识得分率最高、专业知识得分率最低,教职人员对相关知识的得分均比儿童家长高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);教职人员对相关知识的知晓情况与地区、学校性质等因素有关,家长与学校级别、文化程度、收入水平等因素有关;县级教职人员知晓情况是镇级的2.029倍,城市是农村的2.205倍;公办幼儿园是民办的1.319倍。结论肇庆市幼儿园教职人员和儿童家长对相关知识的知晓情况处于中等水平,提示防控重点人群是家长,重点内容是专业知识和基础知识,重点地区为低发病地区的民办幼儿园。Objective To analyze the knowledge and influencing factors of hand,foot and mouth disease(HFMD)of teachers in kindergartens and parents,in order to provide evidence for epidemic prevention and control.Methods 16 kindergartens were selected with stratified random sampling to investigate the teachers and parents with a self-designed questionnaire.Results A total of 604 teachers and 3211 parents were surveyed,the highest rate was spreading knowledge,and the lowest rate was professional knowledge.The scores of kindergarten staff were higher than those of parents(P<0.05).Kindergarten ssaff’knowledge was related to regional and school nature,while parents were related to school,education,income level and other factors.The cognitive state of teachers at the county level is 2.029 times of the township,living in urban areas is 2.205 times of in rural areas,and that in public kindergartens is 1.319 times of private kindergartens.Conclusion The teachers of the kindergarten and parents in Zhaoqing City have an average knowledge level.The focus group is parents,the emphasis is professional and basic knowledge,the key areas are private kindergartens in low-incidence areas.
