摘　　要：目的对某煤矿矿工类风湿因子(RF)、抗链球菌溶血素O (ASO)检查结果进行分析,为开展矿工精准职业健康体检、干预与促进提供依据。方法对1 751名矿工(研究组)和1 638名非井下健康体检者(对照组)以及不同年龄组间的RF、ASO阳性情况和矿工RF、ASO阳性组和阴性组的空腹血糖(GLU)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TCHO)水平进行比较分析。结果研究组RF阳性率、ASO阳性率分别为4.9%和11.1%,显著高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。ASO阳性率随着年龄增加而降低,矿工RF阳性组的GLU、TG、TCHO水平均显著高于RF阴性组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);矿工ASO阳性组的GLU水平为(5.52±1.53) mmol/L,显著高于ASO阴性组,且组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在矿工职业健康检查中开展RF、ASO检测,尤其是对不同年龄、血糖和血脂升高矿工的精准检测应引起重视。Objective The results of RF and ASO were analyzed in a coal mine miner,so as to provide basis for accurate occupational health physical examination,intervention and promotion of miners.Methods The positive rates of RF and ASO were compared and analyzed among 1751 miners(study group)and 1638 non-underground healthy physical examination subjects(control group)as well as among different age groups.In addition,the levels of GLU,TG and TCHO in the positive group and RF and ASO in the negative group of were analyzed respectively.Results The RF and ASO positive rates in the study group were 4.9%and 11.1%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).The positive rate of ASO decreases with the increase of age.The levels of GLU,TG and TCHO in the RF positive group were significantly higher than those in the RF negative group.The GLU level of miners in the ASO positive group was(5.52±1.53)mmol/L,which was significantly higher than that in the ASO negative group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the occupational health examination of miners,the test of RF and ASO,especially the accurate test of miners of different ages,elevated blood glucose and blood lipid,should be paid attention to.
