摘  要:2020年中西部外贸进出口增长11%,中欧班列全年开行1.24万列,共发送113.5万标箱,同比分别增长50%和56%。成都国际铁路港位于青白江区,作为中欧班列(成都)的始发地,是贯通蓉欧的枢纽,依托四川自贸试验区、国家级经开区等众多优势实现"港口立城"。本文采用波特五力模型对成都国际铁路港现状进行分析,研究其发展战略,提出抓紧新机遇发展与四川自贸区建设,跨境电商B2B合作共赢,增强数字化建设和完善生活设施等发展建议。In 2020,the import and export of foreign trade in the central and western regions will increase by 11%,and the China-Europe Railway Express operates 12,400 trains in the whole year,with a total of 1.135 million TEUs delivered,with a year-on-year growth of 50%and 56%respectively.Chengdu International Railway Port is located in Qingbaijiang District.As the departure place of China-Europe Railway Express(Chengdu),Chengdu International Railway Port is the hub connecting Chengdu and Europe.Relying on Sichuan pilot free trade zone,national economic development zone and many other advantages,Chengdu International Railway Port realizes the goal of"port-based city".Based on the model of Michael Porter’s Five Forces Model,this paper analyzes the current situation of Chengdu International Railway Port,studies its development strategies,and puts forward some development suggestions,such as seizing new opportunities to develop international railway port and Sichuan Free Trade Zone,cross-border e-commerce B2B cooperation,enhancing digital construction and improving daily facilities.
