摘　　要：近年来,随着航空运输业的不断进步,飞机租赁逐渐为各大航空公司所采用,以实现机队的发展壮大及更新换代。本文选取飞机租赁中的融资租赁,关注了其在国内外的起源以及当前发展情况,并详细分析了飞机融资租赁的优势。此外,本文也关注了这一新兴行业在市场、利率、自然、政治等方面面临的风险,并提出了针对不同种类风险的防范措施以供借鉴。In recent years,with the continuous development of air transport industry,aircraft leasing has become increasingly popular with airlines for their expansion and updating.This paper selects the financial leasing in aircraft leasing,while paying attention to its origin and current situation both at home and abroad,and analyzing the advantages of aircraft financing leasing in detail.In addition,this article also focuses on the risks of this emerging industry in terms of market,interest rate,nature,and politics,and thus proposes preventive measures against different types of risks.
