摘 要:近年来,国际科技竞争日渐激烈,上市高新技术企业作为一国科学技术应用的主体和经济发展、产业体系的中坚力量,其成长性关乎国家经济命脉。本文构建了高新技术企业成长性评价模型,以2010—2019年沪、深A股上市公司为样本,对不同行业高新技术企业成长性进行统计分析,研究发现不同行业之间企业成长性水平相差较大。其中化工、医药生物、计算机、机械设备、电子行业相较其他行业而言成长性较高,而制造业和服务行业,如商业贸易、纺织服装、食品饮料、轻工制造、家用电器等,企业成长性相对较低。最后提出相关建议,以帮助企业和投资者更有效合理地作出相关决策。In recent years,international science and technology competition is increasingly fierce.As the main body of science and technology application in a country and the backbone of economic development and industrial system,the growth of listed high-tech enterprises is related to the lifeline of national economy.In this paper,an evaluation model for the growth of high-tech enterprises is constructed,which takes A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2010 to 2019 as samples.The growth of high-tech enterprises in different industries is statistically analyzed.The research finds that the growth level of enterprises in different industries differs greatly.Among them,chemical,pharmaceutical and biological,computer,mechanical equipment,electronic industries have a higher growth rate than other industries,while manufacturing and service industries,such as commercial trade,textile and clothing,food and beverage,light industry manufacturing,household appliances,etc.,have a lower growth rate.And it puts forward relevant suggestions to help enterprises and investors to make relevant decisions more fully and reasonably.
