摘　　要：解析了DB 31/652—2020《数据中心能源消耗限额》标准的主要内容,介绍了各项综合电能利用效率(PUE)考核指标,阐述了上海市数据中心PUE值的调研统计数据,重点分析了综合电能利用效率(CPUE)的定义和计算方法、总电能消耗的测量与统计、CPUE调节因子等,以帮助电气设计人员更好地理解和执行标准。The main content of the standard DB 31/652—2020“The norm of energy consumption of data center”is analyzed.The comprehensive power usage effectiveness(PUE)evaluation index is introduced.The PUE of Shanghai data center survey statistics is elaborated.The definition and calculation method of comprehensive power usage effectiveness(CPUE),the measurement and statistics of total power consumption,and the regulation factor of CPUE are emphatically analyzed.It can for readers to better understand and implement the standard.It helps electrical designers better understand and enforce standards.
