摘　　要：目的观察盐酸小檗碱联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗小儿感染性腹泻的临床效果。方法以2018年10月至2019年10月于温县人民医院就诊的120例感染性腹泻患儿为研究对象,根据治疗方案将其分为A、B两组,A组接受盐酸小檗碱治疗,B组接受盐酸小檗碱与双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗,每组60例。比较两组病情恢复时间、炎症因子水平、肠道屏障功能指标、治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率。结果B组体温恢复正常时间、腹泻及腹痛消失时间均早于A组(P<0.05)。治疗后B组内毒素、C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、D-乳酸、二胺氧化酶(DAO)水平低于A组(P<0.05)。B组治疗总有效率高于A组(98.33%比86.67%,P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率均为1.67%,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论盐酸小檗碱联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗可有效抑制感染性腹泻患儿炎症反应,加快受损肠道黏膜屏障修复,有利于临床症状快速改善。Objective To observe the clinical effect of berberine hydrochloride combined with bifidobacterium quadruple viable bacteria tablets in the treatment of infectious diarrhea in children.Methods A total of 120 children with infectious diarrhea who were treated at Wenxian People’s Hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups A and B according to the treatment plan.Group A received berberine hydrochloride treatment,and group B received berberine hydrochloride and bifidobacterium quadruple viable tablets,60 cases in each group.The recovery time,inflammatory factor levels,intestinal barrier function indexes,total effective rate of treatment,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery of body temperature,diarrhea and abdominal pain in group B were earlier than those in group A(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of endotoxin,C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),D-lactic acid,and diamine oxidase(DAO)in group B were lower than those in group A(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in group B was higher than that in group A(98.33%vs.86.67%,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in both groups was 1.67%,and there was no statistical difference between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of berberine hydrochloride combined with bifidobacterium quadruple viable bacteria tablets could effectively inhibit the inflammatory response in children with infectious diarrhea,accelerate the repair of the damaged intestinal mucosal barrier,and help the rapid improvement of clinical symptoms.
