摘　　要：目的探究全程专业护理个案管理对宫颈癌化疗患者希望水平及心理控制源倾向的影响。方法选取2020年1—12月郑州市第一人民医院收治的62例行宫颈癌化疗的患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,各31例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受全程专业护理个案管理干预。干预前、干预后(1个月)采用希望水平量表(HHI)和多维度健康心理控制源量表[MHLC,包括内控性量表(IHLC)、有势力他人量表(PHLC)、机遇量表(CHLC)]对患者希望水平和心理控制源倾向进行评估。结果两组干预后HHI评分均高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前两组HHI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后,观察组HHI评分均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组干预后IHLC、CHLC、PHLC评分均低于干预前,观察组CHLC评分低于干预前,PHLC评分高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前两组IHLC、CHLC、PHLC评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后,观察组IHLC、PHLC评分均较对照组高,CHLC评分均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全程专业护理个案管理可显著提高宫颈癌化疗患者希望水平,改善心理控制源倾向。Objective To explore the impact of full-time professional nursing case management on the hope level and psychological control source tendency of cervical cancer chemotherapy patients.Methods Convenience sampling method selected 62 patients who underwent cervical cancer chemotherapy in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 as the research object.Simple random number table method was simply randomly divided into an observation group(31 cases)and a control group(31 cases)The control group uses routine nursing,and the observation group provides full-time professional nursing case management intervention.Before the intervention and after the intervention(1 month),HHI and MHLC were used to evaluate the patient’s hope level and the tendency of psychological control source.Results The HHI scores of the two groups after the intervention were higher than those before the intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The HHI scores of the two groups before the intervention were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After the intervention,the HHI score of the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The IHLC,CHLC,and PHLC scores of the control group were lower than before the intervention,the CHLC score of the observation group was lower than that before the intervention,and the PHLC score was higher than that before the intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference of the IHLC,CHLC PHLC scores before the intervention between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After intervention,the IHLC and PHLC scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the CHLC scores were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Full-time professional nursing case management can significantly increase the hope level of cervical cancer chemotherapy patients and improve the source of psycholog
