摘　　要：目的系统总结达芬奇机器人辅助腹腔镜下泌尿外科手术患者围手术期的护理经验,以提高护理水平和护理质量。方法选取中南大学湘雅医学院附属海口医院泌尿外科2019年1月至2020年9月行达芬奇机器人辅助腹腔镜手术的100例患者的临床资料,总结分析患者围手术期针对性护理重点。结果100例达芬奇机器人辅助腹腔镜手术均顺利完成,无中转开放手术,无严重并发症。经过术前、术后的个性化护理模式,所有患者均快速康复。结论达芬奇机器人辅助腹腔镜下泌尿外科手术的安全性高,配合围手术期个性化护理模式,提升了患者恢复速度,实现了早日康复出院的目的。Objective To improve the level and quality of nursing practice by systematically summarizing the main points of preoperative and postoperative nursing practice for patients who underwent da Vinci robot-assisted laparoscopic urological surgery.Methods Clinical data of 100 patients who underwent da Vinci robot-assisted laparoscopic surgery in the Department of Urology,Haikou Hospital Affiliated to Xiangya School of Medicine,Central South University from January 2019 to September 2020 was selected,and perioperative nursing care of all patients were summarized and analyzed.Results All the 100 patients successfully completed da Vinci robot-assisted laparoscopic surgery without transferring to open surgery or suffering serious complications.All patients recovered quickly with preoperative and postoperative personalized nursing mode.Conclusion Da Vinci robot-assisted laparoscopic urological surgery has higher safety,which can be combined with the personalized perioperative nursing mode and obviously shorten the recovery and hospitalization time.
