摘 要:目的评估国产基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱(MALDI-TOF MS)系统microTyper MS鉴定革兰阴性菌的性能。方法使用国产MALDI-TOF MS系统microTyper MS与进口质谱系统VITEK MS系统同步鉴定该实验室储存的标准菌株及2018年6月至2019年6月临床分离的革兰阴性菌株。鉴定结果不一致时,使用表型试验或16s rDNA测序进行确认,以此评估microTyper MS对革兰阴性菌的鉴定能力。结果纳入鉴定的革兰阴性菌株一共45属4509株。VITEK MS系统准确鉴定4419株,准确率为98.0%;microTyper MS准确鉴定4405株,准确率为97.7%。结论microTyper MS在革兰阴性菌鉴定方面具有与VITEK MS系统相仿的临床细菌鉴定能力。Objective To evaluate the performance of domestic matrix assisted laser desorption/ionization time of flight mass spectrometry(MALDI-TOF MS)system microTyper MS in identifying gram-negative organisms.Methods Gram-negative reference strains stored in the laboratory and clinical gram-negative strains isolated from June 2018 to June 2019 were detected parallelly using domestic MALDI-TOF MS system microTyper MS and imported mass spectrometry system VITEK MS system.Biochemical identification or 16s rDNA Sequencing was performed when different result occurred.So as to evaluate the performance of microTyper MS in identification of gram-negative organisms.Results A total of 45 genus or 4509 strains of gram-negative organisms were tested,4419 strains accurately identified by VITEK MS system with accuracy of 98.0%.A total of 4405 strains accurately identified by microTyper MS with accuracy of 97.7%.Conclusion microTyper MS system has similar capability in identifying gram-negative organisms compared with VITEK MS system.
