探究生物安全教育对生物学实验室管理的重要性

摘　　要：生物实验室的安全管理关系到实验和科研的顺利进行,关系到实验人员的健康,关系到实验室财产的安全,关系到社会的稳定。本文在分析生物实验室安全管理现状和常见问题的基础上,提出了加强和改进生物实验室安全管理的具体对策,包括安全教育、安全意识、安全管理水平,有效预防安全事故,促进实验室和谐可持续发展,创造安全的实验室环境。The safety management of biological laboratory is related to the smooth progress of experiment and scientific research,the health of laboratory personnel,the safety of laboratory property and the stability of society.Based on the analysis of the current situation and common problems of biological laboratory safety management,this paper puts forward specific countermeasures to strengthen and improve biological laboratory safety management,including safety education,safety awareness and safety management level,effectively prevent safety accidents,promote the harmonious and sustainable development of the laboratory,and create a safe laboratory environment.
