竞技需求视野下我国高校健身健美选项教学专业化发展问题的研究

摘　　要：本文基于实际办赛需求,结合自身教学与和其他同行的交流经验,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和逻辑分析法,对竞技需求视野下我国高校健身健美选项教学存在的问题进行梳理,从参加专业竞赛的角度,寻找当前我国高校健身健美选项课教学中出现的问题,抓住关键因素,寻找健美专业化发展的途径和对策,以期推动高校健身健美选项教学的专业化发展,为其他非奥项目在高校的发展提供一定的借鉴意义。Based on the actual competition needs,combined with the exchange experience of their own teaching and other peers,this paper combs the problems existing in the optional teaching of fitness and bodybuilding in colleges and universities from the perspective of competitive needs by using the methods of literature,questionnaire and logical analysis.From the perspective of participating in professional competitions,this paper looks for the problems in the teaching of fitness and bodybuilding optional courses in colleges and universities in China,so as to grasp the key factors and find the countermeasures for the development of fitness and bodybuilding specialization.The purpose of this paper is to promote the professional development of fitness option teaching.It is expected to provide some reference for the development of other non-Olympic sports in colleges.
