摘 要:膝关节是人体几大关节中最易受损的关节,主要和它的构造和受力复杂性有关,而膝关节损伤又以半月板最为严重;半月板的损伤是由其结构造和它的“矛盾式”运动、研磨造成的;半月板损伤要采用医疗康复和自我康复结合的方式,一般恢复较慢,时间较长;只要采用恰当的方法,半月板损伤是可以预防的。Knee joint is the most easily damaged one among several major joints of human body,mainly related to its structure and force complexity.And the most serious damage is on meniscus,which is caused by its structure and its“contradictory”movement and grinding.Meniscus injury should adopt the combination of medical recovery and self-recovery to achieve slow recovery with longer time.As long as adopt the appropriate methods are adopted,meniscus injury could be prevented.
