摘　　要：本文以上海市体操中心等6家单位的反兴奋剂工作开展现状为研究对象,通过现场调研、访谈、座谈等研究方法,对上海市部分专业运动队反兴奋剂工作开展过程中的问题和原因进行深入分析和研究。从研究结果看,当前上海市专业运动队较以往更加重视反兴奋剂工作,具体工作开展有一定成效,但也存在一定的问题,需要进一步创新工作思路,细化工作举措。This paper takes the present situation of anti-doping work in 6 units such as Shanghai Gymnastics Center as the research object.Through on-the-spot investigation,interview,discussion and other research methods,it makes an in-depth analysis and research on the problems and causes in the anti-doping work of Shanghai Professional Sports Teams.According to the research results,the anti-doping work is paid more attention by the professional sports teams in Shanghai than before.The specific work has achieved some results,while there are also some problems.Ideas should be further innovated,and countermeasures should be specified.
