摘 要:为了保证风机在使用中的可靠性,风机需要在出厂前进行一定时间的跑合,以筛选出运行异常的产品。建立了一套基于LabVIEW的风机跑合系统,可用于连续3台甚至多台风机的跑合。该系统主要由开关控制系统,数据采集监控系统两部分组成。开关控制系统中利用可编程继电器模块控制三相固态继电器来实现对风机的间接控制;数据采集监控系统中利用WT1600功率分析仪负责采集风机运转过程中的电流和功率并传输给计算机。运行过程中过流保护功能由LabVIEW结合数据采集系统和开关控制系统编程实现。该套跑合系统大大提高了风机的跑合效率,减少了人工成本,也提高了风机跑合无人值守时的安全性和可靠性。In order to ensure the reliability,the fan needs to run in for a certain time before leaving the factory to screen out the products with abnormal operation.A fan running-in test platform based on LabVIEW was established,which can be used for three or even more fans in succession.The platform included on-off control system and data acquisition system.In the on-off control system,the programmable relay module was used to control the three-phase solid-state relay to realize the indirect control of the fan.In the data acquisition system,WT1600 power analyzer was used to collect the current and power of the fan during the test and transmit data to the computer.The overcurrent protection function was carried out by LabVIEW by combining with data acquisition system and on-off control system.The proposed running-in system not only improved efficiency,safety and reliability of the running in test platform,but also reduced the labor cost.
